The story behind
KIVO was born from a real need: attaching files in emails or Jira without depending on an online service that would store your file on some unknown server.
The core idea is simple — your files are yours. Whether it's personal photos or company documents, sensitive data should never have to pass through a third-party server just to get smaller.
Built with Flutter, KIVO runs natively on Android, iOS, macOS, Windows, and Linux from a single codebase. Compression is done with well-established open‑source libraries — FFmpeg, flutter_image_compress, and iText — all operating entirely on your device.
