🔒 Summary: HotQ does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal data. Everything happens on your device, with no connection to external servers.
HotQ collects no personal data whatsoever. There is no usage analytics, telemetry, error reporting, advertising SDKs, or tracking of any kind in the application.
We have no knowledge of who you are, which screenshots you capture, or how you use the app.
All screenshot capture, recording, and file operations are performed entirely on your device, with no external processing. Your screenshots and recordings are never uploaded, transmitted, or shared with any server or third party.
HotQ does not require an internet connection to function. No network requests are made during normal use of the application.
The original files on your system are never modified without your explicit action. HotQ only creates new files (screenshots/recordings) in the locations you specify.

The application uses only open-source libraries (screen_capturer, hotkey_manager, window_manager, etc.) that operate entirely on the device and make no external connections.
Because HotQ never transmits or stores your data outside your device, the risk of a data breach originating from HotQ is zero. Your screenshots and recordings remain under your full control at all times.
Because HotQ collects no personal data, there is no stored data to access, correct, export, or delete. All processed files remain on your device and can be managed using your operating system's standard tools.
